645 has had the corroded frame work around the rear section of boot replaced and all the steel has been undercoated and prepared for the re fitment of the panel-work.

Recently has had the cab floor repaired as the floor pan was found to be rusty and starting to go into a hole, The throttle pedal also has been reattached to the floor of the bus and the rest of the floor pan has been checked for corrosion to find that it is all ok.

Currently in dry storage, nothing planned for now.

182 has recently been re-registered VOI 181 after this number was purchased at an auction. 182 is well underway with painting and the roof is currently being prepared for paint.

The front panels that have been replaced have been painted. After the bus rally we discovered that this bus needed a head gasket replaced, this task has since been carried out and the bus successfully road-tested to find all is ok. Now roadworthy.

Currently roadworthy although in the coming weeks will require investigations into loosing air pressure when the handbrake is released, this is believed to be do with a faulty pressure valve at the main air tank under the drivers cab.

Currently in storage although roadworthy and is to be inspected shortly before taking part in an event in September

This bus has been giving trouble of late with gear selection and sticking in gear or trying to drive in 2 gears at once, the gear selector has been replaced as a faulty micro-switch has been found in the selector currently fitted. At this time the bus is awaiting roadtests.

The rear number plate has been refitted along with rear glass and new window rubber, This bus developed a clutch fault whilst sitting in the shed which has been traced to the master cylinder filling up with dirty fluid that had accumulated in the pipework.

Lino and seat frames have been fitted and painted. Work has been halted to allow 2481 to be finished. It is planned to start to this bus after 2481 has been completed.

This bus is currently roadworthy although is awaiting attention to a squeaking front spring and to a slightly worn front spring eye bush.

Rear floor sections have been replaced and the majority of the paint work has been completed as can be seen on the photos on facebook. The bus has had an impressive selection of adverts hand painted/Sign written onto it. Also requiring attention is the rear brakes as the shoes appear to be stuck to the drums.

Recent months of searching for windows has paid off and all side windows have now been replaced where broken. New windscreen rubber is currently on order and it is planned to have the new replacement windscreen refitted in January.

Presently waiting on replacement exhaust parts to arrive to replace the exhaust system. Every part of the original system was found to be beyond any serviceable condition.
